MARSHALL, MARY S. of Clarkston, went home to be with her God on December 2, 2023 at 79 years of age. Preceded in death by her parents, Ballard and Esta (née Epling) Parsons of Wayne, West Virginia and one brother James "Mouse" Parsons of Wayne, West Virginia, sister, Marjorie Queen, and nephew, Shane Queen. Survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Gary Marshall; daughter, Tandem Lee Graves of Clarkston, Michigan; and two grandsons, Nathanael Graves of Clarkston and Lucas Graves of Clarkston; granddaughter, Joelle Graves of Orlando, Florida; 5 nieces; 4 great nieces; 1 great nephew; 1 great great niece; and a host of cousins, friends and Liberty General Baptist Church family. Mary's life was her family. She took great pride and joy in caring for her home, her family, stray animals, and her church. Whatever her family needed, she was there. Her loving touch of home and hearth for every season will be forever missed and always in our hearts. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 2 PM at Liberty General Baptist Church, 3545 Joslyn Rd, Auburn Hills. Family will receive friends Wednesday at church 1 PM until time of service. Entombment at a later date at Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston.
