TIEDEMAN, MARLENE KAY, age 75, of Clarkston, passed away December 21, 2020. She was born on December 29, 1944, in Weidman, Michigan, daughter to the late Theron and Ardis Merrihew (nee Losey). Loving wife of Charles for 55 wonderful years; Dear mother of Christine (Jeff) Sprague and Cheryl (John) Trease; proud grandmother of; Carson, Ryan, Kelsey, Keegan, Jessica, Jake and the late Bryce. Marlene worked with a dumbwaiter for Oakland County for many years. She was a great organizer of 4H and was a diehard Michigan State Fan. In her spare time she enjoyed knitting, shopping and spending time with her family. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 1:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home- Clarkston, 8909 Dixie Highway. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Due to pandemic restrictions only 25 people are allowed in the funeral home at a time and masks are required for entry, thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marlene's name may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
