WHORTON, MARILYN J. of Clarkston, passed away June 23, 2022 at 78 years of age. Loving wife of the late William "Bill" for 44 years; dear mother of Dale (Kathy) Whorton, Kimberly (the late George) Siwka, Sheri (Scott) Gallagher, Matthew Whorton, and John (Belinda) Whorton; grandmother of 11; great grandmother of 10; 1 of 7 siblings. Marilyn was a loving and warm person who enjoyed time with her family. She enjoyed crocheting; quilting; word seaches; and bingo. Her grandchildren have been blessed over the years with her quilts and crochet afghans that she lovingly made for all of them. She will be dearly missed by her loving family forever. A Celebration of Marilyn's Life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at 3:00pm at 6064 Van Syckle Avenue Waterford, Michigan 48329
