RAPPUHN, MARILYN K. (née Ball) of Waterford, surrounded by her loving family, passed away April 3, 2024 at 81 years of age. Loving wife of the late William "Bill" for 61 years; cherished mother of Debbie (John) Barrett and William A. (Gina) Rappuhn; grandmother of Sara (Grant), Zachary (Tina), Josh (Taylor), Mikayla (Austin), and Connor; great grandmother of Mckenzie, Riley, and Rhemi; sister of Donald (Maria) Ball and the late Jim Ball; aunt of Chris (Isabella) Ball and Dina (Nathan) Holmes; survived by her precious dog, Charlie. Marilyn was the quintessential wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister. She embodied all there was in loving and caring for her family. She was an active volunteer at her children's schools, as well as her grandchildren's schools; she attended every sporting event; she knitted and crocheted baby blankets and booties; and she loved shopping and gardening; and was never too old to play on the floor. She was sentimental to a fault and could belly laugh with the best of them. We will always miss her, forever remember her, and know that she is safe in the arms of her beloved Bill for eternity. Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 12 PM at Peace Lutheran Church, 7390 Elizabeth Lake Rd, Waterford.
