SATTLER, MARGARET J. of Waterford, surrounded by her family, went to be with the Lord May 6, 2022 at 88 years of age. Loving wife of the late John Sattler; dearest mother of Brenda (James) Dziedzic, Ruth Sattler, John (Vicki) Sattler, Rita (Lynn) Masluk, and the late Donna Sattler; grandmother of 9; great and great great grandmother of many; great great great grandmother of 1; sister of Virginia (Lloyd) Betts and Arlene Suddeth; preceded in death by 5 siblings. Margaret was born and raised in Drayton Plains and was a long time and faithful member of The Boulevard Church in Pontiac for over 40 years. She was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. Hard working and motivated, she taught herself to drive; sew; crotchet; and earn her high school diploma after her children were grown and gone. She enjoyed gardening, but most important she loved her family. Her sweet smile will be missed forever. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 11 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Private burial Crescent Hills Cemetery, Waterford. Family will receive friends Tuesday 10 AM until time of service.
