PETREE, MARGARET ELLEN of Waterford, passed away February 21, 2020 at 78 years of age. Born November 25, 1941 in Westbourne, Tennessee to the late Claude and Thelma Baird; beloved wife of the late Harry Vann Petree for 55 wonderful years; cherished mother of Steven (Denise) Petree; proud grandmother of granddaughters Stephanie, Courtney and Kaitlin Petree and grandsons Matthew and Aidin Petree; she was preceded in death by her siblings Leon Baird, Kenneth Baird, Sue (Gene) Walden and Wayne (Pam) Baird; dearest aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. Margaret graduated from Wynn High School, out of Duff, Tennessee in 1961. A year later she married the love of her life Harry who had to wait to ask her hand in marriage until she graduated. Margaret went on to college and continued her studies in the medical field. She eventually started working and retiring out of North Oakland Medical Center after 30 years of service. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, reading the Bible, collecting figurines like salt and pepper shakers and watching any and all crime shows. She was proud of her Tennessee mountain country heritage and was a woman of great faith.
