CRAIGHEAD, MARGARET JEAN, age 88 of Lake Orion, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. She was born October 28, 1932 in Pontiac to parents George and Gretta Morris, cherished mother of Pam (Joe) Marchand and Scott (Judy) Craighead; proud grandmother of Matthew Craighead, Craig (Tara) Marchand and Paula Marchand; great grandmother of Kate, Cora and Jack; and loving sister of George Morris. She was preceded in death by both parents; husband of 67 wonderful years, Robert "Chum" Craighead; and sister, Rosemary Soucey. Jean enjoyed square dancing with her husband, knitting and crocheting, playing cards, and staying active in her community and at her church. A funeral service will take place at 12 noon on Friday, June 4, 2021 at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, beginning at 10am. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
