JACEK, LYNN C.; of Clarkston, passed away August 20, 2019 at 70 years of age. Dear wife of the late Nickolas Jacek; cherished mother of Christopher (Jenna) Jacek; grandmother of Sagan and Sonia; dear friend and neighbor of Helen Clark. Lynn was gifted with artistic talent and used this talent in painting, flower arranging, crocheting, and was an active member of the Waterford Cultural Council. A 28 year member of the American Business Women's Association, Lynn was honored as the 2011 Woman of the Year in her local chapter. She was a Detroit Lions fan; enjoyed a good political debate; and despite her mobility limitations, she enjoyed working in her garden. Lynn leaves behind her beloved cat, Tebow. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, but her love of cats continues to live on in her son and grandchildren. Funeral service will be Monday, August 26, 2019 at 1 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Sunday 3-8 PM. Burial Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 10 AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Best Friends Animal Society in Utah.
