Loving wife of the late Billy; cherished mother of Bill (Barbara Pollis) Vandagriff, Dale (Cindy) Vandagriff, Lynne (David) Mortellaro, and John Vandagriff; mother in law of Carol Vandagriff; grandmother of 9; great grandmother of 14; sister of Vi LaBarge. Preceded in death by 9 siblings. Lucy was an active and vibrant woman. She was an active member of the Golden Agers, T.O.P.S., and a big supporter of Waterford Parks amp; Rec. If she wasnrsquo;t tending her garden, or enjoying an afternoon at the casino, you could find her working out at the gym.
