Edward and the late George Brown; loving mother of Millie (Don) Preston, Jean (Brent) Lamberson and Jennie (Ron) Allen; step mother of Wendy Coulter and Sam (Debbie) Brown; cherished grandmother of Michele Miller, Mary (Dan) Topham, Angela Dauenhauer, Robert Dauenhauer, Cindy Allen, Cathy (Jody) Fife and Mark (Alise) Allen; great grandmother of 10 and 1 great great granddaughter; dearest sister of the late Callie Osterland and the late Willie (Jenny) Jones. Preceded in death by her great granddaughter Jada F. Dugas. Lucy was a lifetime member and past Worthy Matron of Areme Chapter 503 and 228. She was also a longtime member of Columbia Avenue Baptist Church.
