LEVERENZ, LOUIS L. II "BUD" of Waterford, surrounded by his loving family, passed away July 3, 2020 at 74 years of age. Loving husband of Penny for 51 years; dear father of Martin (Jessica) Leverenz and Matthew (Kelly) Leverenz; grandfather of Krista, Josh, and Elias; brother of Cathy D'Andrea; brother in law of Chris Shell. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bud was a 1964 graduate of Royal Oak Kimball High School and veteran of the US Army. He was construction project superintendent for construction company Barton Malow for 40 years. Bud was an active volunteer, as a long standing member of Central United Methodist Church he taught at vacation bible school and worked with the United Methodist camp program. In his community he volunteered for Blessing in a Backpack; Riverside School reading program; and the US National Disaster Relief. He enjoyed skiing, swimming, kayaking, and most importantly time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Private funeral service at COATS FUNERAL HOME- WATERFORD.
