TURNER, LORAINE JULIA, age 86, resident of Davisburg, Michigan passed from this life on November 7, 2021 at Wellbridge Clarkston facility. Loraine was born December 3, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Helen Gale and preceded in death by brother David (Sharon); beloved wife of the late Delbert Turner and is survived by her 3 children, Gordie (Josie), Gary (Pam), and Glen (Tracey); cherished grandmother of Hillary (Wos) Kevin, Alex, Madeline and Emma; great-grandmother of Harrison (Wos). Loraine, otherwise known as 'Sweet' Loraine will truly be missed by all who knew her and her lovely spirit. She loved to bake and is most affectionately known for her apple pies and for helping with the yearly fundraiser 'Pastie Baking Team' at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Republic, Michigan. She and Delbert eventually retired and lived their golden years in the Upper Peninsula and lived a joyful life together. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 3:00 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME CLARKSTON. Family will accept visitors on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the service begins.
