LESLIE, LEROY R. "LES" of Waterford, passed away March 27, 2024 at 76 years of age. Father of Scott Leslie and Paige (Adam) Ritchie; grandfather of Ethan and 3 additional grandchildren; also survived by the mother of his children, Kathie Wagner. Les retired from GM in 2002 after 32 years of service. He received his bachelor's degree from Northwood University, something he was very proud of with the support of GM. He was a cub scout leader where he especially enjoyed the Pinewood Derby with his son Scott which always included Paige tagging along. In his retirement, Les worked for Olympian Entertainment for several years. He was a simple man who enjoyed traveling; reading; time with friends; dining out; and gambling at the casinos. His quiet presence will be forever missed.  Arrangements entrusted to COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD.
