MATTHEWS, LEGEND MICHAEL passed away suddenly  December 15, 2021 at 2 years of age. Beloved son of Savanna Duffie and Jonathan Matthews; cherished grandson of Shane and Jamie Duffie, Candida Garcia, Larry Matthews; great grandson of JoAnn Martin, Pat and Alex Sr. Lemos, Ken and Karen Kiper, and Diane Christopher; wonderful nephew of Matt and Yasmin Martin, Shane Duffie, Selena and Paul Graves, Vanessa Duffie, Nia and Scott Mitchell, and Alexis Matthews. Preceded in death by great grandpa Cowboy Martin, uncle Frank Duffie, Jr., and great great grandpa Arthur Christopher. Legend was a happy and energetic boy who loved dinosaurs, Blue's Clues, and playing with his family, especially his play dates with his cousins. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten by all who loved him. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 12 noon at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, 8909 Dixie Hwy. Family will receive friends Tuesday 10 AM until time of service.
