Loving friend, soul mate and wife of Bill McDowell for 40 years; beloved mother of Charlie (Sarah) Proulx and Jerry McDowell; loving Grammi of Casey; daughter of Ted and the late Mary Moorhous; sister of Ted Moorhous, Janet (Rick) McClellan, Mark Moorhous, and Mike (Debbie) Moorhous. Lauri was a graduate of Waterford Kettering H.S. She retired from GM in 2003 after 30 years of service. Laurirsquo;s greatest passion was people. She was compassionate and helpful to all who knew her. Lauri loved to travel, as long as it was near the beach.
