pLarry Robinette October 21, 1946-April 24, 201712px;"In the early morning hours of Monday, April 24, 2017 Larry Robinette took his last earthly/12px;"breath and made his entrance into eternity where we know he was greeted with great love/12px;"and anticipation by many. He was surrounded by those who loved him most as he passed and/12px;"the farewell was as sweet and tender as one should be. Never leaving his side during his/12px;"last twenty-four hours was his wife Anna Sue Robinette. The two shared nearly 49 years of/12px;"life together, faithfully committed as they walked through lifes great trials and joys. Their/12px;"loved never wavered, but only grew er and deeper; they were truly a light to so many/12px;"who knew them. They had become one- serving one another in sickness and in health and/12px;"Anna's heart will forever remain his. Together in their Waterford home they raised their two/12px;"children, Tammy Renee Chouinard and Eric Anthony Robinette.12px;"Larry was born to Edward Robinette and Mary Fay (Francis) Robinette in the beautiful/12px;"mountains of eastern Kentucky. After the death of their father, he and his siblings were/12px;"raised by their grandparents, Lilburn Robinette and Fanny (Stanley) Robinette at their/12px;"beautiful homeplace on Brushy Creek. He and his siblings, Verlin, Clayton, Brenda and Reba/12px;"Gaye shared their childhood with the children of their grandparents: Ernestine Robinette/12px;"England, Maxine Robinette Davis, Clayton Robinette, Clinton Robinette, Ledna Robinette/12px;"Young and Landon Robinette. These aunts and uncles (more like sisters and brothers to/12px;"them) were a lifelong source of love and support to Larry and his brothers and sisters. The/12px;"only remaining are Clayton Robinette (Larry's brother) and Ernie England. His childhood/12px;"was in no way easy- he and his siblings worked hard from an early age, but those work ethics/12px;"stayed with him throughout life and he was so proud of where he came from. Those/12px;"childhood stories will live on through his children and grandchildren forever.12px;"If Larry could write of his greatest accomplishments and greatest loves it would be of his/12px;"marriage, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was for his wife and them that/12px;"he worked so hard, not only on the railroad for thirty years, but even after he became/12px;"sick from the confinement of his home. His family truly believes that a house full of kids and/12px;"the chaos that comes with it, kept him alive for far longer than had it been empty. They were/12px;"a constant source of joy and hope for him and he was adored by them all. Tammy and her/12px;"daughters and grandchildren all live here in Michigan: Perri-Rae Randolph and her children/12px;"Luke, Elle and Leo; Maggie Link and Wren Chrysanthemum; Sydney Chouinard. Anthony's/12px;"oldest son, Jake Robinette lives in Michigan and Anthony and his wife, Janetta live in/12px;"Columbus, IN with their children Peyton, Landon, Jonah and Macy. This family will never be/12px;"the same without the presence of their dad and papa.12px;"This obituary would not be complete without the mention of both Larry's huge extended/12px;"family of brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews and his countless/12px;"friends. They were deeply loved and cherished by Larry and are surely heartbroken at the/12px;"loss of their cherished friend and fishing buddy.
