JACKSON, LANNY EARL, age 74, of White Lake, passed away August 8, 2023. He was born on April 26, 1949, in Clarksville, Arkansas, son to the late Earnest and Helen Jackson (nee Doss). Loving father of Jade (Gary) Robb and the late Mark Jackson. Proud grandfather of Estelle, Theodora and Jasper Robb. Dear brother of Larry (Chris) Jackson, Vicky (Bob) Becker, Johnnie (Sherree) Jackson and the late Ruth Ellen (Bob) Hurst. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family. Lanny served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. during the Vietnam era. He worked as a residential builder for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed golf, fishing, and line dancing. But he cherished time with his family and friends above all. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd., Holly, MI).  A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Deer Lake Athletic Club (6167 White Lake Road, Clarkston, Michigan).
