PELTOLA, KRYSTYNA TERESA, age 75, of Waterford, passed away April 29, 2024. She was born on March 10, 1949, in London, England, daughter of the late Gwidon and Wladyslawa Hadrych (nee Witczak). Loving wife of the late Rudolph for many years; dear mother of Geoffrey (Melissa Amell) Opalewski and Monica Opalewski; sister of Ewa (Gene) Harling and Tom (Sophie) Hadrych; aunt of Nicole (Jamie Bennett) Harling, Audrey Harling, and Alyssa Hadrych; great aunt of Victoria Bennett and Nicholas Bennett. Krystyna worked in automotive finance for many car dealerships throughout metro Detroit. In her spare time, she enjoyed boating, traveling, dancing, and going on cruises. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, 1:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Inurnment Great Lakes National Cemetery, in Holly, Michigan. Memorial donations in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Michigan Humane Society.
