WHITE, KIMBERLY ANN, age 62, of Waterford, passed away December 5, 2021; born in Pontiac, Michigan on February 21, 1959 to parents James (Nadine Stepmother) Keway and Ada May (Ewell Powell Jr Stepfather) Powell (nee McLennan); beloved wife of 37 years to William R. White Jr.; cherished mother of William James White and Colin Michael White; proud grandmother of Jeramiah James White, Savannah Lynn White, and Zachary Riley White; dearest sister of Scott Keway, Pam (Rod) MacKinnon, Tracey (Shuan) Randall, and Kevin Keway. Kim was a hard worker and earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood development at Oakland University. She worked with children for over 40+ years and spent the last four years working in the Waterford school district with special needs students. She was strong in her faith and she regularly attended Waterford Riverside Seventh-day Adventist church with her grandchildren. Kim was an active member in the Little Traverse Bay bands of Odawa Indians. In her free time, she loved camping, canoeing, kayaking, and was a wonderful cook. Her children and grandchildren meant the world to her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community. A visitation will take place on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 5-8 PM at COATS FUNRAL HOME – WATERFORD. A service will be held Sunday, December 12, 2021, 11 AM at Waterford Riverside Seventh-Day Adventist Church (5725 Pontiac Lake Road).
