Kenneth Russell Woodiwiss, age 76, of Lewiston, Michigan, passed peacefully at home on April 10, 2026. He was born on November 24, 1949, in Pontiac, Michigan.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth O. and Virginia Woodiwiss, and his sister, Naomi Wilson.

He is survived by his life partner, Donna Donner; his children, Jeffrey Woodiwiss, Connie Schmidt Borgacz (Chuck), and Joyce Woodiwiss (Neil); and his beloved grandchildren, Blake Schmidt (Adrienne) and Beau Borgacz (Kaitlyn). He is also survived by his brothers, Andy Woodiwiss (Mary-Kay) and Brian Woodiwiss, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Kenneth retired from General Motors after many years of dedicated service. In retirement, he found joy in the simple things—taking drives across the Mackinac Bridge with his beloved dog, Keno, weekly breakfast meetings with his son Jeff, watching football with his daughter Joyce, and spending time playing cards with friends.

He will be remembered for his steady presence, his love of family, and the quiet moments he shared with those closest to him.

A celebration of life will be held August 15th, 2026 at the Shark's Club located at 6665 Highland Road, Waterford, MI 48327 from 12pm to 3pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Kenneth's memory by spending time with loved ones and appreciating life's simple pleasures.
