CRIPPEN, KATHRYN ANN., "Kathy" of Oxford, passed away peacefully at home, Sunday March 29, 2020 at 63 years of age. Born December 2, 1956 in Davisburg, Michigan, the beloved daughter to Mildred Carlson and the late Lester VanDeusen. Loving wife to Andy Welther, whom she married on January 28, 2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada; devoted mother of Amy Cichon, Christopher Cichon and Katy (Benjamin) Horton; dearest grandmother of Caleb, Megan, Makayla, Mazie, Kinley and the late Layla. She is also survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother and a host of nieces and nephews. Kathy graduated from Holly High School. She then went on to become a Registered Nurse. She worked at various hospital and doctors offices, but ended up working her last years at the Thumb Correction Facility, which she truly loved. Kathy was a Spiritualist in faith and her fondest joy in life was to be with her children and grandchildren.
