Obituary

HEAVEN MUST BE HOPPINGOn Monday, January 11, 2021 June Audrey Hobby danced her way through the pearly gates surrounded by her loving family. She fought courageously against the COVID virus for over 6 weeks. June was a fiercely devoted mother of four and a one-of-a-kind gem that could make any room sparkle.June was born in Detroit on December 10, 1953. She grew up and graduated from Waterford Kettering High School in 1972. She was employed at Home Depot for over 24 years, where she brought many smiles to her co-workers and customers. June loved sports, camping, and the water, but her favorite past time was spending time with her grandkids and talking about how proud she was of her children. She was energetic and fun and always had a good time regardless of what she was doing. June was the life of the party.June was preceded in death by her parents John and June Hobby, her siblings Jeraldine, Clark and Jimmy. She is survived by the love of her life Bob Hausman, her brother Jack (Sue), her four children Heather, Vincent, Elizabeth (A-aron) and Paul (Joey), and since she called us all her favorite, the mystery continues. Her grandchildren Emily, Mali, Allison, Cal and Zak, her great-grandson Ryder, her two fur babies Maggie Moo and Bart, her many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends. June was an amazing person and if you were lucky enough to know her, you loved her. A Memorial/ Celebration of a lifetime will be held at a later date.Details to come."Life is what you celebrate. All of it. Even its end."
