SKARRITT, JULIE LYNN age 55, of Waterford, passed away on May 16, 2023; born in Pontiac, Michigan on May 24, 1967, to parents John Kimball III and the late Mary Lynn Skarritt (nee Wright); cherished partner of John Auger for 4 wonderful years; loving mother of Jordan Nicole McDonald and Makenna Elizabeth McDonald; proud grandmother of the late Hunter; dearest sister of John Kimball IV (Jeanie) Skarritt and Tracey Lee Skarritt; fur baby mother to many wonderful cats. Julie started bartending at 18 and worked at places such as Bottoms Up, Billy's Tip'n Inn, and Mitch's. She met the love of her life, John and felt she found her best friend. Julie was the "crazy cat lady" and was very proud to have that title. She enjoyed cooking; her specialties were fried chicken, pumpkin rolls, and cheesecake. Halloween was her favorite time of year and her house was always decked out with the best decorations. She loved the Grand Hotel in Mackinaw and anything to do with the Titanic. She will be deeply missed by all.
