' Arial; "Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA'of Clarkston, formerly of Waterford, went to be with the Lord February 17, 2015 at 82 years of age. Loving mother of Debbie (Stephen) Kendrick, Cindy (Mark) Rocheleau, Willard (Lorraine) Love and Kevin Love; grandmother of Tracie (Cory), Charles (Amber), Lee (Chrissy), Nicole, Kathleen, Ryan and Nathan; great grandmother of Liam, Nola, Charlie, and Elijah; sister of Barbara Smith, Carol Hale and Linda May. Joyce was a wonderful mother who worked hard, earned her degrees while raising four children on her own. In 1981 she joined the Peace Corp and upon her return she developed and implemented the Skill Center at the GM Orion Assembly Plant until 2007. Joyce was an active member of Community Presbyterian Church in Waterford where her passion was Christian Education. Her last big triumph was developing and organizing the young children's bell choir. She taught private music lessons; played in the adult bell choir and many other accomplishments too numerous to mention. Arial; /
