of Ortonville; died December 23, 2015. She was 93. Born September 8, 1922 in Tower, Michigan to the late George and Amelia Mary (nee: Lobsinger) VanAllen. She married the late Gilbert Brosseau on June 2, 1941 in Onaway, MI. She is survived by six children, Ron (Barbara) Brosseau, Wayne (Charlotte) Brosseau, Neil (Linda) Brosseau, Eric (Kristine) Brosseau, Karen (John) Carter and Ruth (Skip) Rossiter; two sisters, Marjorie Williams and Audra Ennes; also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; preceded in death by one son, Jerry Brosseau and one brother Arthol VanAllen. Joy was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church Alter Society and worked at the TB Sanatorium in Gaylord during WWII.
