SUTHERLAND, JOSEPH P. of Waterford, passed away December 15, 2020 at 92 years of age. Loving husband of the late Nelda; dear father of Yvonne Miller, Joseph (Debra) Sutherland, Paul (Sheryl) Sutherland, Bryan (Diana) Sutherland, Renee (Hart) Hislop, Aaron Sutherland, and the late Conrad (Mary) Sutherland; grandfather of Kellye, Matthew, Nicole, Ryan, Sean (Courtney), Ian, Evan, Katherine, Kameron, Jason, Emily (Tony), Joshua, Sara, Hannah, and Logan; great grandfather of 4; brother of Mary Alfes, and Johanna Houston. Joe was a hard working husband and father who provided for his family. He retired from GM in accounting in 1989 and was a long time member of Our Lady of the Lakes Church. When life had slowed down, Joe and Nelda enjoyed traveling and spending time at the church.
