He is survived by his daughter, Christine; granddaughters, Amy, Heather and Sara and 4 great grandchildren; siblings, Penny, John, Kenneth, Marianne and Tim. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph Preston, Sr., Leola and Richard Bartley. Joe retired from GM 25 years of service.
