Beloved father of Kim (Bill) Basinger, Courtney (Ben) Gabriel, Chris (Carrie) Ouellette and Caitlin Ouellette (Jimmy Wroblewski); dearest grandfather of Heather, Addison, Samantha, Cooper and 1 on the way. Also survived by his sisters Sue, Mary, Therese, Joanie, Katie, Peggy and Jeannine; brothers Tom, Greg and Dan and many nieces and nephews. Joe was a veteran of the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at the Springfield Oaks Golf Course and was a passionate gardener of dahlia flowers.
