KING, JOSEPH RICHARD, SR., age 69 of Davisburg, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. He was born on April 11, 1953 in Pontiac to parents Joseph II and Barbara (Cowell) King. Joseph was a man of many talents. He enjoyed music, was a talented guitar player and also loved working on cars. Joseph was an avid outdoorsman; whether it be fishing, hunting, or spending time on the boat with his grandchildren. Family came first, always, and above everything. Joseph will be lovingly remembered by his fiancée, Laura Arrington; children: Diana (Patrick) McCusker, Joseph King, Jr., Emily (James) Copenhaver, and Amanda Kincaid; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers: Otis Craig and George Craig; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph King II; mother, Barbara Craig; and step-father, Otis Craig; siblings: Jack Mazer, Eugene King, and Mary Sue Oliveros. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
