Loving husband of Susane for 45 years; dear father of Joel Ewald, Amanda Ewald, Joshua (Tamara) Ewald, Adam Ewald, and Stephen Ewald; grandfather of Neil Forrester; brother of Richard Ewald, Margaret (Geoff) Todd, Michael Ewald, Edwin (Marcie) Ewald, John Ewald, Mary Ewald, Anne Ewald, and Joan Ewald. Joe graduated from Pontiac Catholic and was a veteran of the US Army Vietnam. He retired from CTS Unitel after over 25 years in the security systems industry. Joe was an all around handyman, there wasnrsquo;t anything he couldnrsquo;t figure out how to fix or repair. He also enjoyed returning to the family ranch, where he would have a Sam Adams, play cards in the gazebo, and play ranch hand.
