SATTLER, JOHN LEWIS JR., age 90 of Waterford. Went to be with the lord on January 20, 2021. He was born on August 22, 1930 in Cedar, Michigan, son to the late John Sr. and Harriet Sattler. Loving husband of Margaret for 69 wonderful years. Dear father of Brenda (James) Dziedzic, Ruth Sattler, John III (Vicki) Sattler, Rita (Lynn) Masluk and the late Donna Sattler, proud grandfather of 9; great grandfather of many. John was a United States Army veteran serving his country proudly during the Korean conflict. He enjoyed fishing and ministry; especially to the many seniors he visited in local nursing homes. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021, 10:00 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Sunday from 4-6 PM. Due to pandemic restrictions masks are required for entry into the funeral home and only 25 guests are permitted at a time, thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Interment Crescent Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in John's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
