age 72, Passed away August 26, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of Sharon for 29 years; dear father of Kristina Buoniconti, John Kretsch Jr., Chris (Dana) Van Mill, Craig (Kristin) Van Mill and Cheryl Van Mill; grandfather of 14; brother of Edward (Sandra) Kretsch and Elmer (JoAnn) Kretsch. John is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Florence Kretsch. Also survived by many niecesrsquo; nephews and friends. John is a Vietnam veteran who served his country in the United States Army. He worked for Oakland County for many years as a computer operator and supervisor. John was a longtime member of the North Oaks Corvette Club, where he served as a past president.
