Beloved husband of Helen recently celebrating their 60SUPth/SUP wedding anniversary; dear father of Robert Englund and Karen (Cary) Collom; grandfather of Rochelle, Lauren, Livia and Gaven; brother of the late John Englund; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joel was a veteran of US Army Korea. He retired from Pontiac Motors in 1987 after 37 years of service and a life time member of the Pontiac/Waterford Elks Lodge #810 and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Auburn Hills. He also enjoyed golfing, bowling and the Detroit Lions.//
