of Waterford, passed away July 2, 2017 at 84 years of age. Born September 8, 1932, in Charles City, Iowa, the daughter of the late Otto and Camilla Jacobsen. Beloved mother of Douglas (Kay) Green, Mark Erlandson, Kimberlee Heenan and Lori (Robert) McCracken; proud grandmother of Tamara, Marissa, Erika, Andrew and Laurel; great grandmother of Hannah, and great great grandmother of Jax; dear sister of Shirley Peters. Joanne was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Green and son Paul Erlandson. Joanne was a longtime active member of Central United Methodist Church.
