of Waterford, October 16, 2015 at 55 years of age. Devoted partner of Ron Marlowe. Beloved daughter of the late Stephen and Emelie Hertely. Dear sister of Gerard and Stephen Hertely, all of Pennsylvania. Joan had worked for GM for the past 30 years. She loved animals and volunteered with the Michigan Humane Society.
