(nee Mahler), of Clarkston, Michiganpassed away May 19, 2018 at the age of45 after a courageous and remarkable journey on this earth.Jen was born August 27, 1972 in Pontiac, Michigan, and wasthe loving daughter of Stuart and Lorry Mahler and Cindy Leal Morales. Beloved wife of John for 24 years; loving mother of Nicholas, Justin and Ryan; dear sister of Tim (Cathy) Mahler, Jonathan Mahler, Josh (Madelina) Morales and Jerad Morales.She is survived by a community of family and friends whom she loved and whom loved her dearly. Jen brought a light into this world and into the many lives she impacted throughout her 45 years. This was seen through the spectacular smile she had that very easily illuminated a room. To many she was a role model, a warrior, a teacher, an inspiration of how to live a full and complete life in spite of circumstance or challenges. She taught, comforted and befriended countless people who were faced with similar journeys and gracefully shared her gifts of knowledge, faith, determination, hope and will to live. But to Jen, her greatest accomplishment was her family. Her legacy and the grace she demonstrated will be carried on through the lives of her children, John and the community. Jen was an incredible Mother and Wife and nothing made her prouder then fulfilling those roles that she felt so humbly honored to have been given.
