Beloved husband of Kayann for 38 years; loving father of Alisha (Blake) Nelson, Christina Garris and Joe Tomczak; dearest grandfather of Katherine Tomczak, Luke Garris, Carl and Miranda Nelson. Also survived by his brothers Richard Hughes, Eddie Hughes, sister Dessa (Dave) Frantz; sister in law Sandy Hughes and many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Jeff worked for General Motors and was a veteran of the U S Marine Corps.
