HERRINGTON, JEAN MARIE, age 96, of Pontiac, passed away November 26, 2022. She as was born on November 2, 1926, in Prescott, Michigan, daughter to the late Gerald and Clara Van Meer (nee Fegan). Loving wife of the late Buster for 52 years; dear mother of Lyvonne Snyder, Bryan Herrington, Rebecca Herrington, Rhonda (loving son-in law David) Mardis, Keith Herrington, Randy Herrington, and the late Sheila Herrington; proud grandmother of 15, great grandmother of 23; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and extended family. Jean was a cub scout leader and a mom to all in her neighborhood. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and worked with many different charitable organizations. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, 10:30 AM with an instate time of 9:00 AM at Coats Funeral Home- Waterford. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery in Pontiac, Michigan.
