YOUNG, JAY W. of Waterford, surrounded by family, passed away August 4, 2021 at 93 years of age. Loving husband of the late Dorothy for 67 years; beloved father of Jay (Marge) Young and Amy Moran; grandfather of Christie, Devin, Jamie, Kelsey, and Keegan; great grandfather of Simon; brother of the late Beverly Chisnell. Jay was a veteran of the US Army-Korea where he played trombone in the Army band. He owned and operated Young Vending for many years. A loving husband, father , and grandfather he had many passions: music (always number 1), golf, cookies, and candy. He would later add singing to his repertoire.
