Beloved husband of Linda for 33 years; dear brother of Michael (Nina) Marks, Karen (Bruce) Maynard, Jack (Jeanette) Marks, Andrew (Carol) Marks, Brian (Deb) Marks and Sharon (Tom) Ferguson. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Jay was a longtime employee of Perry Drugs/Rite Aid. He was an avid football and baseball fan.p
