Jerry Colbert, age 84 and Janet Colbert, age 83, of Grand Blanc, Michigan passed away on November 25th, and November 28, 2020. Jerry was born in Herod, Illinois, on August 25, 1936. His family moved to Michigan and he attended Pontiac Central High School. Janet was born in Pontiac, Michigan and attended Waterford High School. In 1955, Jerry and Janet were united in marriage and spent 65 wonderful years together. Jerry and Janet enjoyed traveling, gardening and being with family. Jerry knew no strangers and loved to talk with anyone. After retirement, Mr. Colbert served as a Shriner for over 20 years. He was also a Mason in Clarkston. Janet enjoyed family, baking and playing Bingo. Jerry and Janet are survived by their three children; Jerry, Bill (Stacey) and Kathy Rehahn (Robert), seven grandchildren; Andrew, Brett, Brandon, Travis, Trevor, Kelsey and Blake and three great grandchildren; Hudson, Weston and Carson. Jerry is survived by one brother, Larry (Sharon). Janet is survived by three sisters; Beatrice Perkins, Kate Simpson, and Sandy Fortier (Joe).
