Bill' of Oxford, passed away August 11, 2016 at 73 years of age. Loving husband of Grandle for 43 years; beloved father of Carla Paxton, Renee (Robert) Foster, and Paul (Kellie) Young; treasured grandfather of Josh, Jon, and Aaron Tilley, Kristina (AD) Harges, Robert (Allie) Foster, Nicky Foster, Liam and Reagan Young; great-grandfather of five; brother of Harold Young, Tom (Billie) Young, George (Lois) Young, and Ruth (Ron) Phillips; He is also survived by his sister in law Rita Young, many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Mary (Morley) Young, and his brothers, Charles Young, and Dale Young.Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He loved to golf, fish and he wore his heart on his sleeve; always ready with a kind word and a helping hand.p
