BOGNAR, JAMES "JIM" ROBERT, Jr., age 60 of Waterford, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 after a long well fought battle with bone cancer. He was born on July 10, 1960 in Detroit. Jim was a devoted son, husband, father, brother and nephew. He was a true friend to anyone and everyone he ever met. Jim retired from a lifetime career as a journeyman electrician. He was a Shriner and a Freemason with Cedar Lodge #60 in Clarkston. Jim was a motorcycle enthusiast, specifically Harley Davidson, and he loved his Electra Glide and Shovelhead. He enjoyed grilling and spending time on the water, whether it was boating, fishing, or hanging out on the pontoon. When he wasn't riding his Harley, or spending time on the lake, Jim loved his converted freightliner RV. Jim is survived by his mother, Nancy Bognar; loving wife of 24 years, Jennifer Bognar; children: Tyler (Emily Segir) Bognar, and Paul Berry; siblings: Janet (Lance) Irey, and Steven (Kathy) Bognar; niece, Robin, and nephews: Adam and Joe; His Godfather, Uncle Frank (Judy) Barrus; his faithful dog Mason; and many, many cherished friends.
