LAYMAN, JAMES BRIAN aka "SUPERMAN", of Pontiac, passed away on October 14, 2020. James was born on January 7, 1970 in Pontiac, Michigan, son of Ruth Ann and the late Leon Duane Layman; beloved husband of Tera for 16 wonderful years; cherished uncle of Victoria Layman; dear brother of Tina Layman-James and preceded in death by brothers Duane Layman and Sean Layman; he loved his mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and all of his nieces and nephews. James had an unforgettable smile, so contagious he lit up a room. He adored his niece Victoria and helped raise her like his own. He always had nice things to say about everyone, and everyone was his friend. He married is best friend Tera on June 18, 2004. The other "woman" in his life who stole his heart, was his light blue Trans-Am named Sky. He was gifted mechanically and he could help fix anything and everything. James fun and loving spirit will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
