passed away peacefully on October 23, 2015 at 84 years of age. Loving husband of Eileen for 62 years; beloved father of Robert (Diane) Decker and Marilyn Mullins (Bryan Smith); special grandfather of Clinton and Curtis Mullins, Gwen and Whitney Decker; brother of the late William Decker. He will also be missed by his very special dog Layah. James worked for Pontiac Motors for over 38 years, he was a HAM Radio Operator with his outlet W8YFI, but most of all he loved his family.
