BERDEN, JAMES R. of Waterford, passed away January 18, 2020 at 65 years of age. Father of Harry and Robert; brother of William (Jill) Berden, Robin (Harold) Sitzlar, Barbara Berden, Jacqueline (Jay) VanderWeel, Thomas (Cathy) McArdle, Michael (Sherrie) McArdle, Patrick (Toreenee) McArdle, and the late Deborah Blackshear; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Jim was born in Pontiac to Robert and Shirley (nee Lawson) and graduated from Waterford Kettering High School in 1973. A member of the Teamsters, Jim drove truck for a medical supply company and also owned and operated his own industrial painting company on the side, B&B Painting. He enjoyed golfing and loved watching football having played in high school. No service will be held at this time.
