Loving soul mate and husband of Claudia (nee Elliott) for 13 years; beloved father of Jami Dittrich, Alex Arm, Andrew (Sonja) Arm, Samantha Artley and Michael Artley; grandfather of Sienna and Drew; dear son of Bill (Mary) Arm and Helen Arm; brother of Randy, Jan, and Steve (Teresa). Jim was founder, owner and operator of Performance Line Tool Center in Waterford for 28 years and had recently retired. His hobby and interest was his beloved Claudia and spending time traveling around the world and back together.
