VANCIL, HAZEL BEATRICE (nee Lansford) of Waterford, passed away Monday, June 8, 2020 at 104 years of age. Born on November 17, 1915 in West Frankfort, Illinois, daughter to the late Harry and Callie Lansford. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Vancil; loving mother of Bill (Nancy) Vancil and Sue (John) McKee; proud grandmother of Lynne (Paul) Beirnes, Scott McKee, Randall Vancil, Timothy (Christine) McKee and LeAnne (Steven) Hynes, great grandmother of 7 and great great grandmother of 3; dearest sister of the late Helen (the late Ellis) Beauchamp. Hazel worked as a seamstress for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling and garage sales. She was a longtime member of the Auburn Heights United Presbyterian Church and later Community Presbyterian Church in Waterford.
