of Waterford, passed away on August 5, 2017 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Alderman) for over 47 years. Loving father of Ronald (Donna) Dean, Dana Beitler, and the late Arnold Dean. Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Mary Ellen (Gerald) Strebe, Jeanette Stiller, and Vickie Portwood. Predeceased by his parents, Eugene and Eleanor Dean. Harvey retired from the Bloomfield Hills Post Office and was a member of the Eagles Club #1230. He also loved animals and was very active in the humane society and ASPCA.
