of Pontiac, passed away on September 21, 2016 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Monnette for the past thirty years. Loving father of Bruce T. (Rosie) Caldwell of Pontiac, and Laura (Scott) Robinette of Lapeer. Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his favorite four-legged companion, Precious; 2 close friends, Ed Murray and John Skarrit; and special caretakers, Charles and Dorothy Jockwig and their son, Charles "Bobo". Grady was born January 11, 1947, in Gastonia, North Carolina to the late Grady and Margie Caldwell. He proudly served his country in the United States Army as a Gunner Sergeant during the Vietnam Conflict and was awarded the Purple Heart. Grady retired from Pontiac Motors after 40 years and enjoyed his time rooting for the Tigers, Lions, and U of M.
